If you haven’t listened to some of the material from Big Boi’s upcoming album Sir Lucious Left Foot: Son Of Chico Dusty, here’s your opportunity to stream the whole album before it hits stores July 6th. Billboard has been kind enough to provide the whole deluxe edition, complete with two bonus tracks as part of their latest Release Of The Week installment. One of the deluxe tracks includes the “Shine Blockas (Remix)” which features Gucci Mane, Bun B and Project Pat. Ridiculous. Head over to Billboard to hear the whole album.

The BET Awards were on this past Sunday and they featured a whole lot of performances, some good, some bad. One of those performances was Drake who also happened to bring out Young Jeezy to perform his street single “Lose My Mind” sans Plies. Instead, Drake dropped a few bars and a day later the remix was making it’s round on the internet. Decatur Dan was on hand during their rehearsal so check out the footage and keep an eye out for that TM103.

If you were disappointed or you felt Cole was played by BET for not airing his full performance, here you go, which also includes new verse from A Star Is Born. For the record it’s obvious that J. Cole is the underdog, and with that said I have great expectations about his debut, which I believe will ultimately be a classic.

If you haven’t seen the trailer for Despicable Me, you must not watch TV very often. It’s a computer animated 3D film featuring Steve Carell trying to become the worlds greatest super villain. The official soundtrack to the movie features some very cool music which was writted and produced by the one and only Skateboard P.

“Fun, Fun, Fun”, “Prettiest Girls” and “Rocket’s Theme” were all the work of Pharrell as well as the movies score, which was co-produced by the legendary film composer, Hans Zimmer. It’s pretty cool to see P doing scores for movies now. I wonder what he’ll do next considering he’s got his hand in so many industries. Check out the tracks below. Shouts to Illy.

You don’t think people lose respect for rappers when they don’t come from a street perspective?

Nah, I don’t agree with that. It’s all about skill, you know what I mean? You can’t say that. Just because a motherfucka goes to school he ain’t street no more? He comes from where we come from, it’s just that he has a platform. You know, his education is being dealt with.

Raekwon is gearing up to hit the studio to work on his latest project Shaolin vs. Wu-Tang as well as the four-city Rock The Bells Tour so in the meantime, Bro Bible commissioned DJ Cash to sit down with Rae in New York City to discuss the upcoming album, the state of New York Hip Hop and college kids among other things. Head over to BB to read the whole interview.

“The extradition of a man the US authorities call “one of the world’s most dangerous narcotics kingpins” looks like the end of a violent story. But it may just be the beginning. Pusha T knows intimately, based on past circumstances of his own and those close to him, these dangers, – Dearly Beloved, Much respect Presi!”

Brand new from Pusha, straight from KC. The U.S. just keeps on policing the world.
