Here’s a dope record from the upcoming mixtape from Philly native Trump Gee’s, entitled “Watching Me Closely”, hosted by DON CANNON, in conjunction with Crooks & Castles featuring spitta and produced by Tone P of BKS, shout out to Numonics.
While I’m usually not a fan of performance footage, due to the low quality of live music these days, a debuted track from N.E.R.D. just so happens to fit the billing. Gracing Mr. Letterman just last night, Pharrell, Chad, and Shae (along with a clan of foxy females) premiered a new track featured on their forthcoming album, Nothing, which hits stores November 2nd. It seems as if the host himself felt a little something during that showing. So what about you, ladies? Did P in fact, Hypnotize You?

Outdoor junkies and sneaker heads unite on this beautiful creation by perennial wilderness warriors, The North Face. The Back to Berkeley duo gives you the option of a low or hi model, both consisting of quality manufactured materials. Performance being the key component behind anything The North Face releases, the footwear features a dual material upper in mesh and suede, with insulating materials, as well as waterproof fibers. But not only are these bad boys practical, they look great too. The hi top dawns a more outdoorsy looing colorway in the hunter’s green and orange, while the low top (my personal fave) appeals to a more aesthetically inclined consumer. The royal blue and potent pink combine for a lethal pair, in what I predict to be a great seller. For purchasing info, head on over to the UK’s Offspring, as they are available now. Another carefree autumn day on the East River is the perfect setting for a closer look at the Rocksmith Fall 2010 collection. This installment of the video lookbook series features 18-year-old hip hop phenom Mac Miller (Rostrum Records), who was recently featured in XXL Magazine (Kanye Edition). The Pittsburgh native is soaring to stardom with the success of his mixtape K.I.D.S. and an impressive cult following he obtained while still in high school.
The Rocksmith Fall looks highlighted this video include the Rock Solid khaki chino pants paired with the Mic Check reversible vest in olive. Three colorways of our RST Linx (MLB pack) New Era 5950′s are featured, along with a heather Geometry french terry cardigan with reverse fabric paneling over a Shaolin v-neck tee. Closing out the video is the cotton twill Black Artillery button-down worn with the A-K Camo chino pants. All Rocksmith chinos come standard with a right side stash pocket with button flap closure. Look for these items at your local Rocksmith retailers.

San Fran based HUF doesn’t waste anytime showcasing one of it’s upcoming Spring/Summer 2011 sneakers dubbed the “Southern”. It features various materials on the upper including suede and canvas along with brown accents on the tongue and heel. Look for a few other colorways in white and black as well. You’ll be able to pick these up from HUF retailers not far off in the future. More detailed images after the jump.
