On the outside looking in, Red Café is certainly one of the underrated rappers (not lyrically, but artistically), but the question remains: does he have the IT factor? Even after securing a Bad Boy deal, Red has been an hot-and-cold fella when it comes to this music thing, and one can hope that things justifiably pick up for Mr. What Else. He may have those for the moment type of records under his belt, but none of ‘em withstand a test of time, or more of less, even 2 months. Ah well, here’s some new musica to quench all ya’ll Café fans, as he tacks on a fresh verse to Chief Keef’s “300” cut. The track premiered by HotNewHipHop.
