Welcome everybody to the world premier of the official “Hear Me Now” music video/short film from the Icelandic artistic audio/visual collective of Kali, Eddie, and Mega – better known to the electronic world as Steed Lord. After dropping their latest single “Hear Me Now” off the groups upcoming album The Prophecy on their label, New Crack City back in July, the record has broken through into the Top 10 Electronic Singles Chart on iTunes creating a huge buzz for the much anticipated video.
The albums second single “Hear Me Now” and its accompanying visual combines a dreamy sonic soundscape reminiscent of the synthesized pop of the 80′s with a beautifully purple hue contrasting the gritty urban jungle and the incredible stylings of lead singer Kali, giving it a new millennium attitude and spirit. The music video was shot in Los Angeles and directed by band member Einar ‘Mega’ Egils. According to Mega
“…this is the first music video in a series of music films and other films that will be released in sync with the album”
Definitely keeping to their original goal of creating and exploring their own unique sound along with expressing their personal vision, Steed Lord keeps on forging ahead new territory and showcasing their Icelandic spirit that transcends all boundaries. Hit the break for more info on the Hear Me Now EP, and a few bonus extras.

Mega also informed me that on the groups Bandcamp they’ll be selling a limited edition film poster for Steed Lord’s ‘Hear Me Now’ Music Film! There are only 50 available and with the purchase you receive a free download of Steed Lord’s Hear Me Now EP. How awesome is that?
