The Melbourne, Australian native Gloves adds his touch to Gold Fields’ latest track “Treehouse”. This is the perfect tune to a night on the town filled with mischief and love. The ‘Treehouse’ EP is out in Australia, but as far as the states we will be awaiting its release through EMI US. While we patiently wait for the release state side, enjoy this beautiful tune for the weekend.

The UK duo of Super Mal drops an incredible synth-laced tracked called “Give It Up”. When I first heard the track it was like a high speeding train hit my eardrums and exploded into a sonic treat of blended vocals and copped drums packaged together into this little electro-synth record. Dillon Francis drops off his remix for Steve Aoki’s “Earthquakey People”. The single should be out on November 22 on Ultra Records. The original is an incredible song and Dillon’s remix adds his own flavor into the mix. Definite banger!
The second night of the Halloween weekend was going to be an epic night of EDM music. Laidback Luke, MSTRKRFT, and Wolfgang Gartner were all going to be blessing the city with some incredible heart pumping dance floor banging sets brought to you by React Presents.
With my stomach filled with mad butterflies and my ears still ringing from Check Yo Ponytail, it was only thirty minutes before Freaky Deaky was bout to start that all of my problems went away. Decked out in full Halloween attire we were off for a night like no other. Strange looks on the train and even stranger costumes in line, which wrapped around the building, were our greetings to the Congress Theater.

Halloween has come and passed but the memories have all lasted, well at least the ones we captured on video. This Halloween weekend in Chicago was packed with some incredible shows courtesy of React Presents. The Smokers Club Tour came by and got the entire city all high, The Check Yo Ponytail Tour left the Mid completely trashed and finally came Freaky Deaky 2011 at the Congress Theater to round off a weekend of complete utter madness. I only made it to two of these awesome show but it was enough to leave me with an intense ringing in my ear and some pretty messed up Chuck Taylors.

The UK duo of Jack Beats hits us with their newest track “End Of Love”. The track features a Leonard Cohen sample and mixes the lines between fidget house and dubstep.
