With my stomach filled with mad butterflies and my ears still ringing from Check Yo Ponytail, it was only thirty minutes before Freaky Deaky was bout to start that all of my problems went away. Halloween has come and passed but the memories have all lasted, well at least the ones we captured on video. This Halloween weekend in Chicago was packed with some incredible shows courtesy of React Presents. The Smokers Club Tour came by and got the entire city all high, The Check Yo Ponytail Tour left the Mid completely trashed and finally came Freaky Deaky 2011 at the Congress Theater to round off a weekend of complete utter madness. Lionheart premiered yesterday on the Pete Tong Radio 1 radio show as his “Essential Tune”. This banger absolutely stole the show. “Lionheart” is a monster of a track. Turn the speakers up and experience the heart pounding bass driven hands in the air jam completely.
The UK duo of Jack Beats hits us with their newest track “End Of Love”. The track features a Leonard Cohen sample and mixes the lines between fidget house and dubstep. The tune got premiered at their Creamfields set earlier this year, and there has been much anticipation for it to finally drop. The single drops officially December 5th on Beatport.
