After dropping the Freak EP last year, Valency & Zuology are back with a new record called “Synergy”. Feeding off each others energy the group have crafted a dirty electro-trash-house oddio delight I haven’t heard in a while. Crunchy baselines, robotic funk and a melodic synth to evens out this hard record. The synergy is definitely felt, especially how the record actually feels like three different songs build on each other to create one track.
The dynamic duo of Valency & Zuology teamed up and formed V&Z. After releasing “Vangaurd” over five months ago; THaF Records picked it up and earlier this month it saw its’ first play on the Kissy Sell Out BBC Radio 1 show. With all the commotion V&Z release an extended play, out today, featuring the tracks “Freak” and “Vangaurd” with three remixes of “Freak” from Silent H!, DE’MOTIS and Hazardous Material. Hit the break to stream the entire “Freak” EP.
