Fashion publication V Magazine continues to impress with their luxurious covers and subsequent featured spreads. Their most recent “win,” a collaboration between esteemed photographer Hedi Slimane and supermodel Gisele Bundchen. Even when that Brady guy is losing, he stays winning—wow Gisele.
So Irina Shayk may have gotten this year’s coveted, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover slot, but few have had a better, more productive past several months than the full figured Brooklyn Decker. Upon dating tennis star Andy Roddick some time ago, Decker’s fame begin to skyrocket to an all-time high (like she needed that guy’s help), and now with the release of the Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston co-starred comedy Just Go With It, the long time swimsuit model can add another notch to her already impressive list of accolades.
So in retrospect, I’m fairly sure Miss Decker is at least moderately okay with not being awarded the cover, as she has virtually everything else going for her these days. But really, can you honestly tell me, after drooling over these pics under the cut, that she doesn’t belong on the face of this issue? That’s right, didn’t think so. Be sure to snag the issue for yourself as soon it makes its way onto newsstands. Happy staring, boys.
We brought you the initial shots from esteemed photographer Terry Richardson’s shoot with Lady Gaga x Supreme for Purple Magazine, just the other day. Now a few additional images have conveniently made their way onto the internets. Thankful? Eh, maybe, maybe not. But what exactly did you expect from a project between the performing arts entertainer and awkwardly “genius” photog? So enjoy, I guess.
