DAILY 06/05

For the celebration of the 25th anniversary for Michael Jackson’s Bad album, the album will be remastered, including some unreleased demos as well as modern remixes from electronic music superstars Afrojack, Diplo and A-Trak. So far, we only get to hear the dutchman’s rework of the classic song and the turnout is great. The album is due out in September so in the meantime take a listen or grab the download.

DAILY 11/15

Positioned as the lead single and most anticipated collaborative effort amongst the forthcoming, posthumous project from the King of Pop, the Akon produced “Hold My Hand” is no doubt, garnered to be a chart topper, albeit awards and revenue should be the furthest thing from our minds in regards to the honorary project. The track, put together by the two talented musicians, was actually in the works prior to MJ’s passing in 2009, but with an unfinished version leaking in 2008 and the album nearing its release date, the single is prepped and ready for all the world to hear.

Accounting for one of three artist assisted records that will be found on Michael, we can expect appearances from rock royalty, Lenny Kravitz and also from rapper, 50 Cent. Look for the celebratory work to release December 14th.

This is definitely a ballad song but it’s still the classic Michael. The album with the same title is set to drop December 14. A 10-track posthumous album from the late King of Pop which is said to have guest appearances from Akon, 50 Cent and Lenny Kravitz will be a nice little Christmas present for his fans.
