After hearing snippets of this track via Joe Budden’s UStream several times we finally get the CDQ version. Not sure if this joint will be featured on his forthcoming mixtape A Loose Quarter or another future release but it is definitely worth a listen!
After securing a top spot amongst the R&B charts for his latest opus, Tank along with his buddies T.I. and Kris Stephens, drop a visual to their This Is How I Feel collaboration “Compliments”, which was directed by Juwan Lee.
R&B lover-man Tank recently released the remix to his newest cut “Compliments,” and has already went ahead and shot an accompanying visual for the T.I. and Kris Stephens assisted single. Here’s a few flicks taken from the video set, and for which will appear on the singer’s upcoming album How I Feel, due out on May 8th. More after the cut.
Disclaimer: Nevermind the picture. So, feeding off that, as you know in this day and age, compliments are hard to come by when you’re sorta deep in a relationship — sometimes ranging from the fairly new to 10 years in. With that in mind, R&B singer Tank is well aware some of ya’ll ladies don’t get nice words thrown your way all the time, so for this instance, he took the time to do so on his latest single, “Compliments.” This version, which serves as the remix to the cut’s original, features a little assistance from his Atlantic Records label-mate T.I. and up-and-comer Kris Stephens who, um, compliments the single all so well. The single is lifted off Tank’s “How I Feel” album that’ll hit stores everywhere on May 8th.
Following the release of his single with fellow Mississippian Big K.R.I.T., David Banner slows it down on his brand new single, “Let Me In,” featuring R&B crooner Tank (produced by David Banner & Swiff D) from David Banner’s upcoming free LP, “Sex, Drugs and Video Games,” scheduled to be released on May 22nd. Premiered by Eskay and the Nahright fam.
Tank puts his bid in as one of the few artists who are continuing the “real” R&B genre flowing with his material, and latest single and visual, “Next Breath,” a tear-jerking cut from the vet’s upcoming album, This Is How I Feel, coming soon. Directed by Mike Ho.
