I haven’t paid much attention to anything Triple C’s related for obvious reason, but I have to admit, this track isn’t too bad. I think a lot of people really liked it when the video dropped so BoBo decided to hook us up with the audio. Check it out below.
Rocksmith premiere their fall ’09 collection which includes tees, denim, washed jeans and outerwear. The line showcases a familiar vision of the 90′s culture, as well as draws inspiration from the mood, primary color tones and experimental nature of that era. As always expect the quality pieces that the brand is known for, view more images after the jump. Read More
Fabolous follows in the footsteps of Kidz In The Hall and B.o.B for Reebok. If you’re not familiar with the Reebok Classic Remix campaign, we’ll fill you in. Reebok commissions particular artists to come in and collaborate on designs/colorways of their sneakers and then they release them. I’ve got a pair that the homie B.o.B designed. The video above is a behind the scenes look at the photo shoot that went down with Fab for their campaign. Check it out.
Some of you have gone out and already picked up your favorite Nike SB releases this month, but you probably had no idea about the ‘Toxic Sea Robin’. This model was un-listed in the August 2009 Nike SB releases and was previously referred to as the ‘Toxic Avenger’. As you can tell from the photos, it features quite the arrangement of colors. The shoe will be released on Saturday August 15th at NJ Skateshop. Hit the jump for another detailed image courtesy of HB.
Alex from Ruby Hornet caught the Jay-Z show last night in Chicago and was able to get some front row footage of Hov performing the intro to his upcoming album, The Blueprint 3. I’m definitely excited for the release of the album and to hear what other tracks he’s got on it since I wasn’t really feeling ‘D.O.A.’.
I would like anyone who is reading this to open yours ears to a very underrated yet extremely talented artist by the name of GhostWridah. The substandard perspective that Miami paints in Hip Hop isn’t followed by everyone in the city which is the overall message of this release. This 808s inspired project is considered more of a reincarnation instead of your typical remix mixtape. Ghost speaks on the ignorance and obstacles in a place which has been saturated by the talk of drugs, war and anything known as “real”. I hope everyone takes a listen and supports this so it may open more doors to all artists dealing with the same struggle.
