Supreme offers up a Kingston tee and tank from their latest spring/summer collection, showcasing fine vintage imagery of a 1970′s Jamaica. The t-shirt is a collage of vintage photographs from a decade of iconic style that coincided with reggae music’s explosion onto the international scene, while the tank is more straight forward with a portrait of a young boy. Both are one-of-a-kind prints and conveys effortless cool, guaranteed. Now available online.

The weather has finally started shaping up here in Chicago and with that comes more street and music festivals than we could ever hope for. One I’m looking forward to in particular is the Wavefront Music Festival on Montrose Beach. Last year we couldn’t make it due to it being the same weekend as Electric Forest, but this year we’re blessed with the opportunity. Back to back weekends of music festivals? Sounds perfect.
Before we dive in and start hitting you with previews of each festival, we wanted to update you on a special competition happening for the Wavefront Music Festival – the DJ Invitational. My good friend Noah Saltz is battling other artists for the top spot which is an opportunity to receive an official spot on the festival lineup.
Between now and Sunday, May 19th at 11:59PM, the top 5 vote getters who were not selected as winners will have one last chance to have their fans vote. The votes will be tallied and the final four – the top 2 vote getters and top 2 judges’ picks – will perform Friday, May 24th at 10pm at Castle to determine which 2 DJs will play at WavefrontL. The winners will be chosen based on style, technique, music selection, crowd interaction and crowd reaction. The 3rd and 4th runners up do NOT go home empty handed. Each contestant to make the Final Four will receive a 3-Day General Admission pass to Chicago’s first and only electronic music festival on the beach!
Please do us a favor and vote for our friend Noah Saltz, his track “Skyway”, and we’ll see everyone on the beach! Just connect with your Facebook account to vote and then click the ‘heart’ button on the bottom left of the page to submit your vote.

Phil T. Annand and his cronies at Madbury Club do everything in good taste. This being one of them. Mixed by Jolin Ross, it’s beyond eclectic…this is what the cool kids are listening to. Download here.
In conjunction with the Madbury Ancient Artifact Retrieval Committee, the 4th Dimension is pleased to present the glorious blends of utmost audio excellence in Ashburn: School’s Out…Forever. It’s been many moons since the last rendition of Ashburn was discovered amid intergalactic chaos. Steeped in a natural distaste for all things academic, its legend has continued to grow. Is this the last offering? Not if our committed crew of sand-castle creators and crate-diggers have their say. Finals? What’re those? Summer 2088? Yes please. Soothe the ears & the soul. Enjoy our latest findings.
Special thanks to extended Madbury family, and prolific life-liver, Jolin Ras for framing our research in a cohesively groovy mixture. Shouts to Marcus and Ellington for their work in audio recovery and reorganization.

Solange just dropped this new track. It’s sweet and smooth and just before it gets too snoozeworthy Kendrick Lamar swoops in, proving that he can make nice with the ladies as well.
