I’m not sure what’s worse, Kanye’s rambles in all caps or the fact that Lupe likes to capitalize each word in the announcement of his tour. Does anyone understand half of what he said, because I did not. Can someone explain to me what it means to be a “laser”?

“Thanks to all 100 people who sent me “Lean” and tried to play it off as a new track off Lupe’s Lasers album. Just to clarify, this song is unreleased, but almost a decade old. “Lean” was in fact recorded back in 2001 and was meant to be the first single off his Arista debut. The Buchannans produced it, and to my knowledge there are about 6 tracks recorded from these Lu + Buchanans sessions. It’s amazing how well this holds up, though. I will say that. So lean back on the Lasers rumors.”

Simplistic and fresh. Now where is the CRS cover?
Lupe speaks on FAUX’s top dog Bill O’Reilly who recently gave a comparison of Haiti and Chicago. We know how people like controversy, so Billy is always going be relevant.

Here is a preview of DJ Absolut’s upcoming mixtape with Lupe Fiasco, titled Vintage Fiasco. Absolut was the first DJ to give Lupe some exposure in NYC (on HOT 97 and mixtape love.) The project contains 12 unreleased songs by Lupe from his Arista Records days.
